Do you like being outdoors? Do you like people?
Do you love skiing or Riding? Would you like to share that love?
We are looking for individuals who love the outdoors and children and are interested in becoming instructors. There is no skiing or riding experience required! We can teach you that part.
Come join our Snowsports School for the winter. All you need is an interest in helping people and a passion for the outdoors.We can teach you how to ski and/or ride (that’s what we do). All new instructors will be expected to assist with novice ski lessons. Compensation is based on lessons taught and starts at an average of $10/hour. You’ll also receive free skiing, discounts at the resort and an opportunity to improve your skiing, riding and teaching. Download and complete an application and availability calendar and then come to one of our School Overview/Group Interview sessions. Snowsports School Application Availability Calendar Email our Snowsports School Administrator with any questions Instructor candidates will be required to complete an 18 hour Ski/Snowboard Instructor clinic. The cost of this clinic is $25

2010-2011 Instructor Training Program
$25.00 per participant.
The fall early/winter Instructor training program will consist of 2 dry-land days and 4-6 on snow days (depending on weather). Over 24 hours of instruction and training. Candidates may free ski/ride for the remainder of the day on snow days (provided the mountain is open). Please check the days you will attend.
Dryland (both days required):
Saturday, November 6th, 10 AM – 4 PM
Sunday, November 7, 10 AM – 4 PM
On-Snow days (Candidates must attend at least 3 but are encouraged to attend all):
Saturday, December 11th 10 AM – 2 PM
Sunday, December 12th 10 AM – 2 PM
Tuesday, December 14th 4 PM – 6 PM
Thursday, December 16th 4 PM – 6 PM
Monday, December 20th 4 PM – 6PM
Wednesday, December 22th 4 PM – 6PM
New Instructors will also be asked to shadow 1 to 3 lessons before their first class.
