- All season pass purchases are final
- Season passes are non transferable and may not be shared with any other individual. Fraudulent use of a season pass is considered theft of service. Any passholder caught sharing a pass will have it revoked for the remainder of the season with no refund.
- No refunds or credit will be issued if you fail to use or take possession of your Season Pass for any reason.
